This ceremony is hosted my Leesburg Mayor Kelly Burk and includes the reverent laying of the wreaths at several war memorials.  This year we are pleased to welcome U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Dr. Robert C. Holcomb as our guest speaker. \nThe event will take place on the lawn in front of the Loudoun County Courthouse.
