The Town of Leesburg Department of Economic Development is inviting local venues to participate in the Venue Open House on Sunday, March 14th, 11 AM – 4 PM. This new event will give prospective clients the opportunity to explore the variety of unique spaces available for private events, celebrations, meetings, and corporate gatherings throughout Leesburg.

Participating venues will open their doors during the designated event hours to provide tours, showcase their spaces, and connect directly with potential clients. The Town will promote the event and create a public-facing directory and map to help attendees identify venues that best fit their event needs and plan their stops.

There is no cost to participate. Participating venues will be responsible for staffing their location during the event and providing tours to attendees. Venues are encouraged to showcase their space in whatever way works best for their business, whether that includes a sample event setup, refreshments, information about rental packages, preferred vendors, or simply an opportunity to tour the space and ask questions.

Venue registration will remain open through January 4th, though businesses are encouraged to register as soon as they are ready to participate. The Venue Open House is dependent on sufficient participation from our Leesburg venues. If there is not enough interest to support a successful event, participating businesses will be notified and the event will be canceled.
