Almost 1.7 million square feet of office, retail, commercial and institutional space, and more than 2,000 new housing units are under development in the Town — either under construction, proposed as a by-right development project, or included in a zoning application.
Development Activity Reports
The quarterly Development Activity Report tracks commercial development, public infrastructure, and residential subdivision projects through the Town’s development process from start to finish – from rezoning/special exception (if needed) through site plan review to construction and ribbon cutting.
