Please join Mayor Kelly Burk and members of the Town Council for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Leesburg location of A Place To Be.    A Place To Be creates community, belonging, and hope through music therapy, performance, and the expressive arts, and serves clients of all backgrounds and diagnoses throughout northern Virginia.
